I love how plain-yet-iconic the 6 is that 4rtist has made his tag.
And the face that the trash he paints on isn't owned by anyone starts to remind me of dialogues about sound art and air space and the ambiguity of its medium.

My comedy-fanatic friends in New York used to talk in hushed tones about Louis CK's stand up. Years later, I watched and loved his show, Lucky Louie. After that got cancelled, I watched his new show, Louie, and loved it even more.
(Meanwhile, I watched friends & family pass around his Everything's Amazing and Nobody's Happy. A great peek into the man.)
The looong interview below of Louis with his close friend, Marc Maron blows me away. On his first season of Louie, he wrote all the material from scratch; he directed and starred in the episodes; he edited them on his laptop; he knows how to fix the cameras-- he was involved in every facet from beginning to end.
Find some time to listen to this.

Doug said "I took that picture."
From then on, I saw him (or at least his flash go up above the crowd) at every show I went to in Michigan. Often multiple in a single night.
See some more of what Doug sees on his Flickr page.

I know it's been a tough winter
I know 'cause I've been freezin' too
Hold tight and bundle up baby,
Next spring I'll be coming for you.
I've watched all the leaves change.
I've seen all the petals fall
Then I remembered your promise,
Next spring time don't matter at al.
I waited with all the bluebells,
Lilies and Chrysanthemums too.
Black Eyes Susan was dancin' with Daisy
Snapdragons, we're all waiting for you.
